Join us for an inspiring morning with Claire Frazier-Yzaguirre, MFT, M.Div, therapist, former minister, speaker, author, wife, and mother. Claire will guide us in learning practical skills to embrace the present moment with love, clearing our minds, hearts, and schedules of negative thoughts, emotional 'residue,' and distractions. About the Presenter:
Claire Frazier-Yzaguirre, MFT., M.Div., is a licensed marriage & family therapist, a former ordained minister and joyful convert of many years to the Catholic Church, an author, speaker, happy wife (38 years!) to her best friend, Dr. John, and proud mom to their grown son. Claire has 30+ years of experience helping couples and adults in their Irvine counseling practice and their educational ministry live joyful, resilient, and united marriages and families. She is the co-author with her husband, Dr. John Yzaguirre of their "Thriving Marriages" and "Casados y Felices" books and resources.
