Are you feeling pressed -- like you have so much going on, it is hard to tell up from down? As soul companions and people of God who are no doubt active in other ministries as well as community and family life, when do you find time to just slow down and refresh your mind, body, and spirit?

You are invited to step away for a day by the sea, a sacred space to slow down, breathe deeply, and be renewed. Guided by our facilitator, Julie Mussche, a spiritual director with over twenty years of experience accompanying others in their relationship with God, we will gather to refresh our bodies and spirits, reflect on the movements of God in our lives, and rejoice in the quiet gifts of rest, beauty, and community.

This retreat offers time for prayer, silence, and conversation, all held within the rhythm of the ocean and the companionship of fellow spiritual directors. Come as you are, and allow yourself to receive.
