Join us for a six-session online book study of Falling Upward: A Spirituality for the Two Halves of Life by Richard Rohr.
In this insightful and thought-provoking book, Richard Rohr invites us to explore the spiritual journey of becoming ourselves fully. Drawing on wisdom from Scripture, psychology, and his years of ministry, Rohr suggests that life unfolds in two halves. The first half is often focused on building identity, achievement, and security. The second half invites us into deeper meaning, wisdom, humility, and freedom.
Through guided discussion and reflection, participants will explore how life's challenges, disappointments, successes, and transitions can become pathways to spiritual growth and transformation.
This group will meet every other Thursday, 7:30-9 pm, July 9-September 24. Meeting dates are as follows: July 9, July 23, August 13, August 27, September 10, September 24.
