As spiritual directors, we are attuned to the spiritual dimensions of a person's life, recognizing the interconnectedness of their emotional and psychological well-being. While we do not provide therapy, it is important to understand the overlap between these aspects. In this session, we will explore strategies for assisting individuals struggling to sense God's presence amidst depression. We will explore ways to guide our directees in prayer during periods of anxiety and addiction. Additionally, we will focus on empowering them to overcome isolation, embracing their human connections as integral to their spiritual journey.
